Teachings & Workshops

I teach craniosacral therapy and facilitate somatic and energetic trainings. My approach focuses on supporting students to expand their sensitivity, awareness, and competency so they can take what they’re learning and use it to artfully shape their life in an expansive, aligned way.

Mentorship for Practitioners

For practitioners, students, teachers, and healers working in the therapeutic arts. Clinical supervision, skill refinement, and support for your own development as someone who holds space for others.

Sunil Kalwani

Practitioner & Teacher

I’ve been working in the healing arts for 10 years, drawing from craniosacral therapy, polarity therapy, somatic experiencing, and contemplative practices. My approach is integrative—sessions are tailored to each person, weaving together what will serve you most.

Like most people who enter this work, it was my own journey of healing and discovery that led me here. How we heal is shaped by our values, and that inner exploration is unique to each of us. My role is to create space for yours.

Sessions are available in-person in Santa Monica/Southern California and online. Whether you’re working with physical pain, navigating a transition, or deepening your spiritual practice, I’m here to support you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens in a session?

Sessions are tailored to you and available both in-person and online. We might focus on bodywork, emotional processing, personal empowerment, or building internal skillsets—often weaving these together. Some sessions are primarily hands-on and quiet; others are more conversational and exploratory. I work intuitively, drawing from different modalities based on what will serve you most, while tracking skill development goals that support your growth.

How are hands-on sessions different from massage?

y bodywork focuses on supporting the nervous system to align with its natural rhythms and working with the body’s energy field. I use light touch to follow restrictions and support unwinding, listening for where the system is holding and where it’s ready to shift. It’s less about manipulating muscles and more about creating space for the body’s own intelligence to emerge.

Do I need to believe in energy work for this to be effective?

Not at all. The work meets you where you are. Some people are drawn to the energetic aspects, others focus on the physical and nervous system benefits. What matters is your openness to feeling and being present with your body. The sessions adapt to your comfort level and what resonates with you.

How do I know if this work is right for me?

If you’re curious about approaching healing through the body, interested in understanding your patterns, or looking for something beyond conventional therapy or massage, this work might be a good fit. Many people find it helpful when they feel stuck, are navigating transitions, or want to deepen their relationship with themselves.
