Supporting people to feel more authentically themselves
My own desire to heal brought me to this work in 2015. I found myself drawn to understanding how our bodies hold our experiences, how the nervous system shapes whether we feel safe or guarded, how all of life informs our meaning making process, and how we can create space for each other to become more fully ourselves.
I work with craniosacral therapy, polarity therapy, and somatic experiencing—both in my private practice and at a rehab center where I help people find moments of calm and begin to trust their own capacity for healing. I teach craniosacral and polarity because I love watching people discover their own relationship to this work. My approach also draws from Yoga, Taoism, and other contemplative practices.
What draws people to sessions: Some come for chronic pain, anxiety, or feeling disconnected from their bodies. Others are navigating big life transitions or wanting to deepen their spiritual practice. We work with the mind-body connection — not to fix anything, but to support your system in remembering what it already knows.
How I teach: I want students to feel more realized in themselves and their dreams. My focus isn’t just on students gaining skill and understanding, but also developing sensitivity and awareness of energy—this creates greater self-autonomy, allowing you to take what you learn and use it to artfully shape your life in a way that feels expansive and true to you.
