Teaching tantra and
meditation for inner growth

Having entered the healing arts 10 years ago, I draw from many different lineages, as well as personal study. Like most everyone who comes into this profession, it was my own journey of healing, growth, and discovery that led me to feel the calling of supporting others to do the same. How one heals is shaped by one’s values and this inner exploration is unique to oneself.

The natural next step of this self-inquiry leads one to share that uniqueness in how they are with others. Everyone finds their own medicine and we all help each other find ours too. Each person’s style of self-expression can only be self-defined and having guidance doesn’t mean emulating another, it means feeling into resonance; and the more this is felt, the more one’s uniqueness can bloom and offer what it has to share to support others in their flowering.

For people with physical or emotional challenges looking to fix what ails you & you’ve tried everything…I don’t promise this work will “fix” the issue, but I don’t doubt that it supports the movement towards resolution.

“Creativity is relational—we learn so much more about ourselves and what we are capable of through our connections. I hope to create intimate environments and circumstances that allow for learning to happen on an emotional level. I want students to leave each class feeling they have new tools and approaches to evolving and empowering their lives in the directions they desire.”
