The focus is on building long-term skills and capacity—developing energetic and somatic tools you can use in your daily life, learning to work with your own system in practical ways, and strengthening your ability to stay present with whatever arises. Less about technique and more about sustainable inner development.
Sessions are primarily conversational, available in-person and online. We might integrate bodywork or energywork when helpful, but the emphasis is on building your internal toolkit for self-regulation and personal empowerment.
